Capacity Building
Capacity building is an ongoing process through which individuals and communities enhance their ability to identify and meet development challenges.
A fundamental goal of capacity building is to enhance the ability to evaluate and address the challenge by themselves. PNPF also understands that capacity building is a long term, continuing process, in which stakeholders participate.
Capacity building for PNPF is the result of systematic involvement carried out in a custom built and processed manner. For sustainable results of the capacity building interventions, it is important that training is rooted in the local milieu, designed with sufficient scope of practical exercises and have the element of field exposure.
