Jan Aushadhi
Generic drugs are comparable/ equivalent of branded drugs in dosage form, strength, quality and performance. This is brought into the societal picture by the Government of India through the Jan Aushadhi scheme.
P N Panicker foundation is turning out to be one of the distributors of generic medicine. To highlight, the foundation is planning to start 100 Jan Aushadhi medical stores across Kerala.
The agenda of the Government is to sell quality medicines at a reasonable rate. On one hand, by skilful oration and imparting this scheme into the society, profit is sure to be attained by store owners. On the other hand, it is a service to the society by providing the high-quality medicines at a genuine rate. P N Panicker Foundation is now part of this noble initiative.
